Mothers’ Day
Mothers’ Day is another day that celebrates women in Armenia. Mothers are given presents by their children on this day.
Death of Toussaint
Haiti observes this day in reference to Toussaint L’Ouverture, a self-educated slave born in Haiti, who led a rebellion to end the dominance of France during the reign of Napoleon.
